DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

While we all would prefer that products always work as expected out of the box, a very small percentage of the time there will be a problem. We're very sorry when this happens but sometimes items just don't work correctly straight from the manufacturer. Usually there's nothing you or Losseight could have done to prevent it.

If there is a manufacturer's warranty, the warranty specifics, including contact information, are typically found in the packaging. If you can't find it or if the warranty is through Losseight and not the manufacturer, we'll be happy to provide you with the necessary information. 

Returns and refunds are allowed if we receive your request within 30 calendar days from delivery. All returns must be received complete (all original packaging and contents) by Losseight within 14 calendar days after the return is approved. 

Refunds on defective or damaged products will be issued once the item is received by us. Refunds on defective or damaged products will be issued once the customer contacts our support team to inform us the package has been shipped and the return item is scanned for delivery back to Losseight. Upon inspection, if the product is not defective the cost of product will be refunded. All refunds are subjected to a 2.50€ transaction fee.

SATISFIED OR REFUNDED / CHANGE OF MIND

Generally, we offer a 30 day "change-of-mind" return policy, but please note that some items are not returnable in any case, due to their nature. This is noted on the product page. Please do not open the product if you do not plan to keep the item you purchased. All returns must be received complete (with all original packaging and contents) and in working condition by Losseight within 14 calendar days after the return is approved and prior approval is required within 14 days of delivery.

For a change-of-mind return, we do not credit back any shipping charges paid on the original order and we do not pay or reimburse for any return shipping back to us.

Refunds will be issued on change of mind returns once the item is received. Depending on the condition of the returned item, a partial refund may be issued. All refunds are subjected to a 2.50€ transaction fee. 

Missing item


If your item hasn't arrived, please track your item with the provided tracking code here. Inform us of your situation and we will do everything in our power to find your item and return it to the rightful owner.

Returned Orders
If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will not refund the product returned. Instead, you will be updated when this happens and you will be asked to pay for the reshipment fee. When you decline to accept the shipping fee, the parcel will be destroyed and you won't be able to claim a refund.

- Undeliverable address
- No one available to accept the delivery
- Order refused by the customer
- Refusal to pay customs fees
- Refused by Customs

Note: There are times when customs may decide not to reroute the package or the cost to return the items exceed the cost of the products, then the package will be abandoned and no refund will be available.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your payment company (credit card, bank, paypal etc). It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] and we will get to the bottom of it.

Customs, Taxes and Duties.


Don't worry about customs, import tax or other levies. 
We ship out 100's of orders each day and 99.9% makes it to your doorstep without any issues. However, we cannot guarantee that items will not be subject to random checks and cause associated delays and charges. Losseight is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any additional fees attached to this proccess.

Such charges are not included in the purchase price of Losseight's products. We will not be responsible for the payment of any import duty / tax / VAT under any circumstances.

We are not able to offer a refund for returned goods which are returned because the customer wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed.

When ordering from Losseight you agree to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT which may be imposed by your country's government. If you refuse to pay any Import Duty / Tax / VAT imposed and thereby prevent delivery of your order you will remain liable for the purchase price of the product/s and any Import Duty / Tax / VAT or penalty imposed by your government.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country and customs duties are not always applied. Each country has its own rules for determining whether Import Duty / Tax / VAT will apply. Some countries only charge customs duties if the parcel has a value over a certain amount. Based on your country's customs rules, it is possible that your parcel will fall below that threshold level.
